Rowenna Mason is an award-winning weaver, and her acclaimed collection of handwoven cushions have been featured extensively in the design media, including in the The Sunday Times Home section and The Telegraph. Rowenna’s studio is currently at the UK’s leading studio space for designer-makers, Cockpit Arts.
Rowena’s unique modern pieces perfectly marry traditional weaving techniques with striking modern design, inspired by the bold geometric architecture of Rowena’s home city of London. With each cushion handwoven on a traditional loom, Rowenna’s work is made to be treasured and will enhance any space; both modern or traditional.
All of Rowenna’s monochrome cushions are handwoven using natural undyed British wool, while Rowenna’s love of colour can be seen in her colour cushion collections. Each cushion is handwoven using bright pure new wool, and trimmed with bold modern contrast piping.
